What's included in the free Starter plan?

Starter gives you one AI support agent, up to 5 knowledge base documents, and 50 conversations per month — enough to fully test Prolifix with real customers before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal in your account settings at any time. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

When am I billed?

You're charged immediately when you subscribe. After that, billing recurs monthly on the same date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrades and downgrades can be made through the billing portal. Stripe prorates any mid-cycle changes automatically, so you only pay for what you use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Need an alternative arrangement? Email us at hello@prolifix.com.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store payment details on our servers — billing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
