Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Prolifixapp, users ("You" or "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Prolifix app

2. Account Creation

To use Prolifix, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Use of Service

Prolifixallows users to interact with AI actors ("agents 's") and purchase items. These services are provided for your personal and non-commercial use only.

4. Purchases

You may purchase items within the Prolifix app using the methods provided. All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Prolifix in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Prolifix and its contents are and will remain the exclusive property of Prolifix and its licensors.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Prolifix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolifix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Prolifix after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Prolifix app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
