What LLM powers the agent?

Prolifix agents run on Claude. You don't need your own API key — it's included in every plan.

Can I train the agent on my own content?

Yes. Upload docs, paste URLs to crawl, or sync a knowledge base from Knowledge → Sources. The agent only answers from what you've given it.

Does the widget slow down my site?

No. The script loads asynchronously and the widget itself only renders once a visitor opens it.

Can I see what visitors are asking?

Every conversation is logged under Insights, along with questions the agent couldn't answer — useful for finding gaps in your docs.
